Patriotism

I realised that being an asian means you would usually rule for an asian country to win, eg. the olympics.

Do you realise that whenever there's an event and it involves some kinda asian country or either NZ, you would first, support the NZ team of course, and if there's not NZ team and some asian team is involved you will support them? especially during the finals. LOL my dad is so damn patriotic lor. even though I know we ain't from China or anything, but my dad is like so proud of China for don't know whatever reason la. It's really annoying because he keeps sayin how wonderful the facilities at the olympics are and rarara just cause it's China. If it was like in France or something he sure won't say anything one lor.

We were watching the beach volleyball finals for Women and it was USA vs CHINA, and you know, at first, i was also ruling for China, and it was totally subconciously ay. I promise it was. Then the commentator was saying how the US team is damn geng and they are like the world's ranked no. 1 team or whatever la, then I knew they would win and eventhough China was really awesome, but this was their first match la, so they are noobs compared to the american team right. LOL when the score was 20-18 to the americans, you know what my dad said? "Ya, the Chinese team is really new to the game but they have done well", well cause the comentator said something about the chinese team being new to the game, but I must say, damn good for their first big match lor and the game was REALLY close. I feel so guttered for them la, but they all got so much gold already so whatever la. See, subconciously felt sorry for the chinese cause they didn't win, damn annoying la how I have the tendency to rule for the chinese people. I guess it's in my blood to xD

So in a situation when there's 2 asian countries competing against each another, I would usually rule for China because they are always in the finals for like MOST games. lol seriously and plus who wants to support a losing team yea? glad you agree with me.

I've been sick for the past few days, it's so horrible because it's worst today and I went to school thinking that it would be better, and damn was I wrong. So uncomfortable at school man, non stop coughing and I even almost got a detention in the morning for getting to school late. But i was seriously sick and i could hardly even speak, my throat was inflammed. So i told the teacher my excuse and then she still was gonna give me a detention you know, then I was really sick then i think she felt sorry for me and let me off. Phew Thank God. Being sick if the worst, especially when it's cough and bad case of sore throat and the flu. FYI, my sis was sick before, so I blame it on her.

I freaking love my Economics teacher lor, she's so geng. I heard that the other eco class all failed their internal assesment, i mean like ALL of them failed you know. so gg. I'm so glad I have the better teacher, or may I say may be the best eco teacher ever. She used to teach in diocesan and auckland girls' grammar or some other grammar school before leh. Don't play play. So wise. Such an inspiration, oh and did I tell you she's Malaysian :D lol yes very patriotic. Cannot meh?

Mocks coming up and I am so not ready for it, I haven't even study for it and it's in 3 weeks time? sure die larr, hopefully the uni don't look at my interim results cause they sure won't want to take me in one. lol. All my exams are within the first week, that means I get 3 weeks of holidays! but also means less time to study for the exams, damn stress la and accounting and biology on the same day. How great is that? So gg man.
