That's what you get.

You know what sam tung is??

It's when it costs $280 to fix your camera.

$280!!

Wahliau I can buy dunno how many new clothes with that money wei..

Siau wan these people..I thought since it's sent all the way down to Timaru it'll be cheap coz maybe got cheap labour there or something. Apparently not =(

Anyways my dad also thinks I shouldn't fix it since it's so expensive so that just means I'll have to live without a camera for a while. HAIH.

But actually not so bad lah since my 2mp camera phone has been doing a good job so far =D
Here's some pictures from luge-ing on monday!

That's Anne on the conveyor belt thing that SLOWLY brings you up the hill. It's so slow can die wei. The lady says takes only like 6 minutes but she bluff us wan! Felt more like 10 minutes!! and it only takes 2 minutes to luge down the hill. lawl.
Haha Anne looks like she's riding a bike or something.

Lil' Sujin

Dunno why I sit like that oso..macam mau buang air kencing oni. Oh and once I was bored so I decided to sit sideways to face Anne and Sujin with my legs sticking out to the middle of the conveyor belt and my shoe came out! haha and I was moving away and away from my shoe so I got out of my luge to grab my shoe and quickly walk back to my luge and then suddenly they stop the belt! haha so that I can sit back down safely in my luge I guess but so paiseh only..everyone's trip up the conveyor belt delayed coz of me. lawl!

Janice!

Camwhoring to waste 1 second out of the 10 minutes..

Lil' Sujin and her shirt that says "Have you hugged someone today?" lawl Have you?

I wanted to take a nice scenery shot but I think I wasn't high enough of the conveyor belt haha

LAWL this is Sujin's luge after she crashed into the grass ahahaha and she was stuck there! Aiyo Sujin..you ruin the nice green grass oni!

Me and Sujin in the car while waiting for Anne and Janice to finish playing.

Luge was so much fun! And it was such a deal. We printed like these coupons online that allowed to play the luge for unlimited amount of times for FOUR hours for only 16 dollars. Syiok betul. But after like 2 hours we sick of it already haha. It gets kinda boring after having to sit for dunno how long on the conveyer belt..then WHEEEE for 2 minutes then back to conveyor belt. And not to mention your bum hurts too after a while.

Oh yeah yesterday while at Freedom Furniture I saw these 2 old ah mahs who were dressing like they so young oni. I mean I actually liked the stockings that one of the old ah ma was wearing you know!!

Remember this picture of Blair I put up in my last post?? Wahliau that ah ma was wearing like that you know..except maybe instead of that small poncho thing she was wearing a cardigan. At first I was like eyer why these ladies dress like they think they so young oni wan? I mean they were like probably aged between 50 and 60..maybe older coz they might had botox or some plastic surgery done since they look like some rich tai tais. Shouldn't they be wearing ah ma clothes? Ok lah maybe not ah ma but like more mature women clothes lah like what all our mums normally wear.

And then I started thinking like when I'm old like them how would I dress leh? Would I still care about what I wear? Would I care about the latest fashions? Would I care about what's hot, what's not, what's in, what's out?

Now that I think about it leh, I probably would, since I love buying new clothes so much and naturally I'm quite a vain person wan lah haha so I think I'll forever will want to jaga image lawl.

But I think when I'm 60, I'm not gonna try to dress like I'm 20.
That's like me being 18 now and dressing like a 12 year old tween. Ew.
I think I'll just dress what's hot for my generation ahaha.

Ok lah that's all my rambling about old ladies today haha.

Oh yeah I went clubbing in town last Saturday and it was fun! Clubbing in city is more fun for some reason. I suppose it's because there's more clubs you can go to in case you get bored of one.

Blur mirror picture of me, Nicole and Jes Wang.

I was driver that night so I didn't drink, neither did Nicole or Jessie actually haha and I still had fun so this goes to show that you don't need to drink to have fun!

Oh and my parents were pretty pissed that I came back home at 3am though. Coz apparently it's dangerous for a girl to be driving by herself at night. Ok..maybe that's true eventhough I was only driving by myself for only 7 minutes haih but I guess I'll just sleepover someone's house next time so I won't be coming home by myself late at night.

And then they asked me where I went and I said clubbing then my mum got lagi pissed. Aiyo I don't know why my parents have such bad impression on clubbing. Like Nicole's dad was so nice..on our way out to town he was like 'going clubbing ah..you girls got put on perfume yet?' or somewhere along those lines lah lawl and Sasha's parents lagi nice lah..they'll even drop us off the club if they have to probably haha.

Seriously it's so safe. I mean I'm not dumb enough to accept food/drinks/whatever from people that would possibly wanna drug me or something. Pleaselah I don't even drink at clubs. And there's a lot of people around and it's not like the clubs are located in some dodge area like K Road lol. Plus I don't go clubbing by myself obviously so I'm always with a group of friends so not like anyone gonna kacau oso. Even better and safer when there's guy friends too. Aiya I oso dunno lah..maybe coz clubs in Malaysia are so dodge so they oso have a bad impression of clubbing here.

You know I reckon clubbing is actually healthy for me. I'm like omg so lazy and I don't exercise but when I go clubbing I get to dance! and dancing is good right! wahliau it can be my weekly exercise ahahaha. Somemore unlike clubs in Malaysia..over here it's smokefree! Even healthier don't need to breathe in second hand smoke ahaha.

Okla I think I talked to much de..sorry lah so much on my mind to bitch about haha.

Anyways I'll leave you guys with this music video of a song called Handlebars by Flobots. If you listen to the lyrics it's quite meaningful and political I suppose. I got this quote from Wikipedia about the song explained by the lead singer.

"The lyrics came to me as I was riding a bike home from work with my hands in the air — I had just learned how to do it — and I felt triumphant, but at the same time, I knew there were people at that moment who were being bombed by our own country. And I thought that was incredibly powerful. We have these little moments of creativity, these bursts of innovation, and every time that happens, that innovation is used to oppress and destroy people. So it struck me as beautiful and tragic at the same time."

Enjoy =D
